Shipping and Returns Policy

SECTION 1 - DATES
 
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, all orders placed before 1pm for in stock items will be dispatched that day.
 
SECTION 2 - WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
 
If your delivery does fail to arrive then please contact us. Please note legally first class mail is not considered officially lost until 14 days postage and international mail until 28 days later. If we need to replace your order we ask that you contact us to confirm the loss, we can then arrange a solution.
 
SECTION 3 - DELIVERIES TO EUROPE
 
We are able to arrange delivery to Europe using international Mail, Delivery charges range depending on the weight of the order. Please note that you are responsible for any import charges or custom duty charges that may be imposed by your country’s customs. Delivery times will vary and will be considerable longer than UK deliveries.
 
SECTION 4 - RETURNS
 
We do not include free returns.
All returned Items must:
-Be returned in an undamaged and sellable condition
-Include all labels and swing tags
-Swimwear will only be accepted as a return if the hygiene label is still intact and unused.
-The cost of the item will be refunded once the items have been checked.
-Return your order within 28 days of the dispatch date.
 
SECTION 5 - RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
 
Before you return a faulty item please contact our customer service team AT info@jowe.co.uk providing information and pictures so we can resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
 
SECTION 6 - RETURNING A INCORRECT ITEM
 
If an incorrect item is received please contact our customer services team at info@jowe.co.uk with your full order and the details of the wrong issue item and we will resolve this as soon as we can! We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
 
SECTION 7 - EXCHANGES
 
Jowe do not exchange items, to change an item you will need to follow the returns procedure then place a new order for the replacement item.
 
SECTION 8 - REFUNDS
 
We will credit your original method of payment and aim to process this within 14 working days of receiving your returned order, this may take between 2-5 working days to show up in your banks transactions. We minus the cost of the original postage from your refund.

SECTION 10 - RETURNS POLICY
 
This returns policy only applies to items bought from jowe.co.uk, any items purchased from our retailers must be returned directly to them. Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items. In order to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order. We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming items are returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. The returns address can be found above.
